If you upload the WTF folder in it's entirety with the account name changed so people don't know it that should work fine.

That's what I did. I do not have those subfolders. I copy/pasted the entire WTF folder, changed the name of the subfolders, and uploaded it.

Try this.

Right click on the short cut for the game and choose properties

On the lower left side click the button labeled find target (XP) or Open file location (Vista and 7) and check if the WTF folder contains savedvariables there.

Also what is the addon you see everyone in your raid's health? is that grid?
