Guild Outline & History
Juggernaut is a raiding guild on the Mal'Ganis US server that was first founded in 2004 during World of Warcraft's open beta. Our focus is primarily centered around endgame raiding and the healthy competition to be found therein. However, when we're not raiding, many of our members also enjoy small group dungeons and the various forms of player vs. player content that WoW has to offer.

Having existed since its inception, many of our members have been fortunate enough to experience the entirety of WoW's raiding content. Overall we are a very stable guild that has always been relatively free of the drama that commonly plagues many raiding guilds.

Member Conduct & Recruitment
Juggernaut takes its reputation seriously, and we feel each member of our guild has a personal responsibility to help maintain it. We expect our members to treat others with maturity and respect. We do not engage in public bragging or realm forum trolling. We let our accomplishments do the talking, and we discourage actions that might tarnish our guild in any way. We believe the anonymity found on the internet does not justify douchebaggery.

Maintaining a close-knit team atmosphere is very important to us. We know our guild mates by their real names, and we hold a yearly gathering in Las Vegas that we like to call Jugg-a-thon. We are an adult guild that could be described as maturely immature. We love our sarcasm.

Despite our close-knit atmosphere, we have no problem making new members feel like they are part of the team, and we are almost always looking to recruit exceptional players that share our passion for raiding. Our ideal applicant is intelligent, highly-competitive, honest, responsible, humble, and analytical in their approach to the game. We look for individuals that take pride in their own play, own up to and learn from their mistakes, and respond positively to criticism.

Juggernaut takes raiding very seriously. We come to raids prepared, we enchant all of our gear, we use consumables on everything, we use optimal raiding specs, and we do not cut any corners. Many of our applicants are not accustomed to this type of guild-wide mindset. For some it will come as quite a shock, but for others it can be a breath of fresh air.

Raid Schedule & Attendance
Our raid times are based in the CST timezone (Central Time). Our current weekly raiding schedule is as follows:

Sunday - 6:30pm - 11:30pm
Monday - 7:30pm - 11:30pm
Tuesday - 7:30pm - 11:30pm
Wednesday - 7:30pm - 11:30pm
Thursday - 7:30pm - 11:30pm
Friday - Freeday
Saturday - Freeday

This schedule is subject to change in order to fit the guild's progression needs.

Our applicants are expected to maintain an attendance percentage of at least 90% for the duration of their trial period. We expect our full members to maintain an average lifetime attendance of 80% or better.

We understand that sometimes things come up that take priority over playing a game. We do not expect our members to quit their job, dump their girlfriend/boyfriend, disown their family, or drop out of school just so they can meet our attendance requirements. However, we do expect our members to act responsibly and inform us prior to a lapse in attendance. We will be very accommodating as long as this happens. However, players that fail to do so will be treated with the same lack of respect they've shown their guild mates.

Loot
Juggernaut awards all loot via loot council. We award loot based on many factors, including (but not necessarily limited to) raid attendance, seniority (how long you've been in the guild, not your rank), and previous loot received. We have a sophisticated attendance/loot tracking system that helps to ensure our decisions are always fair.

The goal of our loot system is to put the loot where it will best serve the guild from a raid progression standpoint, and to minimize the amount of loot that rots by removing the desirability for our members to pass on small upgrades or situational items. We place a high value on loyalty, and tend to award the best items to individuals that have proven themselves to be trustworthy and reliable.

Leadership
Juggernaut's leadership is made up of long-time members with outstanding attendance, forming a stable foundation for the guild.

Sebudai - Guild Leader (Founder in November 2004)
Baud - Officer (Member since August 2005)
Duskshadow - Officer (Member since September 2005)
Souai - Officer (Member since July 2007)
Tsigo - Officer (Member since January 2005)
