Look guys I know your aiming to open the gates, and I thank ya much. I know that you need to fish to do it, but do ya need to screw others out of a game to do it? ZG has the same fish, and heck if ya want I'll send ya the lures.
I just had a game that started off going downhill with some juggs fishing while we were outnumbered, then I got the luxury of talking with Saal (I love ya man! #1 fan!) after that I was nice and angry.
Look the gate is important, but is screwing other worth it when there are alternatives?
Oh and a thanks to ferocious for being a champ and helping out.

we had a good start and there are other places to fish... Of course we're gonna start to loose when a full group is doing nothing in a match.
Any other flamers want to get there 2 cents in?
If AV was the only place to get the fish I wouldn't say a thing, but there are other spots just as good to fish.
Spots that don't harm others play time.

Was the instance full on the horde side, or was there room for more players to join?

It's a wierd situation because why would they put these herbs, metals, and fish in the zone and allow you to collect them if they didn't want you to?
My understanding is that salmon is easier to collect in AV. I don't know if that is true though.

If thats the case then next time have your guys say that, instead they made it into a "shut up noob" situtation.
I know that we all got to help on the door, but if I take a break from it, and I see people screwing my fun I'll be pissed. There was alot of chocked people, and I know that ZG has alot of salmon.
Do what you guys have to do.
Thanks for the reply seb

The salmon rate is much higher in AV than anywhere else. I'm sorry that this is the case. If I had my way, the salmon would be most plentiful in an inflateable swimming pool that I could drag around behind me on raids.
I really think the design of AV is completely horrible. It's almost got nothing to do with PVP, more of a PVE vs PVE raid really.
At any rate, until they make the salmon more plentiful elsewhere, when AV is up, I'd encourage everyone to get their fishing on until Orgrimmar no longer needs it.
I used to feel very frustrated at many people who used AV for things other than horde victory. I felt it was selfish and wrong of them. But I've really learned that AV isn't even worth trying if you want to raise your faction, it doesn't accelerate by enough when you are victorious. It's really just a storehouse for a few goods, with some elf hunters to delete when you're bored of farming. At least that's what I use AV for anyways.
Best of luck to you enjoying doing what you want to do with your time in AV, I'm enjoying mine.

No one said anything even remotely close to that. If it seemed like we were ignoring you, well, I dunno. As a rule I never have General chat on.

So horde was outnumbered but was full? Not sure how both these answers are true. Could you please explain it a little better, as I don't get it =/

Well it can be 40/40, but if we're fishing they're outnumbered.
Then again I doubt all 40 of the Alliance were doing their part too.
